Kræftens Bekæmpelse er Danmarks største sygdomsbekæmpende forening. Vi arbejder for, at: - færre skal have kræft, flere skal overleve kræft samt alle skal have et bedre liv med og efter kræft. Vi er en privat forening, som drives af indsamlede midler fra befolkningen: 97 pct. af vores indtægter kommer fra befolkningen, 3 pct. kommer fra det offentlige. Pengene går til vores tre hovedformål: Forskning, forebyggelse og støtte af patienter og pårørende.

Nordic Cancer Union Research Grant Researchers working in two Nordic countries or more are to be involved in the project funding to support and stimulate collaborative cancer research within the Nordic countrie Research project, which is cancer relevant and uniquely suited to be carried out within the Nordic countries, and the effect of collaboration should be synergistic Research that is in line with the NCU's research strategy. For more information, please see NCU website:https://ncu.nu/cancer-research/application/ Grants provided for one year. Further support for the project will require a new, yearly application. As a general rule, project funding can only be renewed twice; a project can obtain funding from the NCU for a total of maximum three years
