The support may also be extended to family members In difficult situations for employees and their families In difficult situations; several events that have occurred concurrently without warning and with great impact to the employee and/or his/her health or financial situation In difficult situations; this may b in connection with death or serious illness of the employee or in his/her closest family After a consultation between the management of the business unit of the employee and the Foundation Board
